For Faculty and Staff

The 2012 Commencement Ceremony will be held on Wednesday, May 9th, 2012 at Radio City Music Hall at 2PM.

Faculty and staff are encouraged to attend the Graduation Awards Convocation held in Memorial Hall and the Commencement Ceremony held at Radio City Music Hall.

• There will be no seating in the audience for staff members, all faculty and staff will be seated on the stage.
• Academic attire (a cap, hood and gown) is required for all faculty and staff participating in the Graduation Awards Convocation (Tuesday, May 8, 2012) and/or the Commencement Ceremony (Wednesday May 9, 2012).
• There is no charge to faculty or staff members for ordering regalia. You can order it by emailing our Herff Jones representative pjreill[at]aol.com. Please include: your name, height, weight, cap size/head measurement in inches, your highest degree and the college or university from which it was received. Remember to state you're with Pratt!
• Please note that as there will be no ceremonial attire available at Radio City. You must order and pick up your ceremonial attire on campus and bring it with you to the events.

Your participation in these important events that celebrate the accomplishments your students achieved with your help will be greatly appreciated by us and, more importantly, by the students. 

If you plan on participating in the Commencement Ceremony, in addition to obtaining your ceremonial attire, you must also send a confirmation email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) no later than May 1st, 2012.
