Diplomas

The Registrar's Office mails diplomas to the addresses indicated on graduates' electronic graduation application.

A graduate’s name will be printed on the diploma exactly as it is spelled on the graduation application. Offset printing for diplomas is done in batches off-site.

Graduates of Summer 2012, Fall 2012 and Spring 2013

• Students who completed their degree requirements and were graduated on time in Summer 2012: Diplomas were mailed in November 2012 to the address provided on the graduation application.
• Students who completed their degree requirements and will graduated on time in Fall 2012: Diplomas will be mailed in March 201and June 2012 respectively to the address provided on the graduation application.
• Students who complete their degree requirements and will Spring 2013: Diplomas will be mailed in June 2013respectively to the address provided on the graduation application.
• Students who have a hold on their account: Notices will mailed as to what office you should contact.

Graduates of Summer 2013 and Fall 2013

• Students who apply for Summer 2013 graduation before March 25th: Diplomas will be not be available for pickup. We estimate that diplomas will be mailed in November 2013 to the address provided on the graduation application. Please make sure this mailing address is up to date.
• Students who apply for Fall 2013 graduation before March 25th: Diplomas will be not be available for pickup. We estimate that diplomas will be mailed in March 2014 to the address provided on the graduation application. Please make sure this mailing address is up to date.

Please allow up to a month for delivery (yes, the postal service sometimes takes that long). Since there are sometimes other issues that prevent a diploma from being mailed (no current mailing address, academic records hold, a change in honors status in the last semester, printer error, etc.), if you are a recent graduate and you have a question about the status of your diploma, please contact our office. Pratt will not be held responsible for any mailed diplomas that do not reach the graduate.
