The Registrar's Office mails diplomas to the addresses indicated on graduates' electronic graduation application.
A graduate’s name will be printed on the diploma exactly as it is spelled on the graduation application. Offsite printing for diplomas is done in batches.

- Students who have a hold on their account: Notices will mailed as to what office you should contact. Your diploma will not be released until you have cleared all holds.
Please allow up to a month for delivery (yes, the postal service sometimes takes that long). Since there are sometimes other issues that prevent a diploma from being mailed (no current mailing address, academic records hold, a change in honors status in the last semester, printer error, etc.), if you are a recent graduate and you have a question about the status of your diploma, please contact our office. Pratt will not be held responsible for any mailed diplomas that do not reach the graduate.
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to change the mailing address for your diploma.
