Los Angeles Times Features Inventive Conceal Bookshelf Design by Pratt Alumnus

The Los Angeles Times featured the latest addition to a shelving line that was first introduced through the Umbra and Pratt design competition of 2005. The original Conceal bookshelf, which allows books to be stacked on an invisible bracket, was designed by industrial design student Miron Lior, who won the competition that year and who consulted on the updated design, titled the L Conceal, which uses the same apparatus placed on both ends of a bentwood shelf.
