Pratt Institute

In its third year of par­tic­i­pa­tion, the Wedg­wood table­top com­pe­ti­tion includes stu­dent par­tic­i­pants from the Fash­ion Insti­tute of Tech­nol­ogy, Rhode Island School of Art and Design, Par­sons, and Pratt Insti­tute.  The pre­lim­i­nary judg­ing is done by a cross-section of Pratt fac­ulty to choose 5 final­ists to send to Wedg­wood end of March.

JASON PHAEFFLE

The final Wedg­wood judg­ing in early April pro­duced a 2nd Place win­ner in 2009,  Jason Pha­ef­fle with Vic­to­rian Flo­ral which was later pro­duced for Monique Lhuil­lier under the Royal Doul­ton brand as Bliss, 3rd Place, in 2009, Binh Dang with Trang, and an Hon­or­able Men­tion in our first year as participants.

In the sec­ond year, the com­pe­ti­tion was divided into graphic and 3D cat­e­gories; Pratt took 1st  place in Graph­ics  Eliz­a­beth New with Gothem and 3rd place in graph­ics with Dana Oxiles with Har­bor Dishware.
