Leeser Architecture was awarded second prize in an international design competition for the reconstruction and renovation of Moscow's Polytechnic Museum. The 430,000 square foot building built between 1887 and 1907 has since become an architectural and cultural landmark in Moscow. Leeser Architecture's proposal centers around "The Cloud," an additional 22,000 square feet of exhibition space covering the existing building's courtyard. The Cloud, comprised of all glass, will allow the visitors to experience the feeling of walking on air as well as have unprecedented views over the city. To learn more visit the firm's website here.
