Green Systems Clean Water- Green Infrastructure courses at Pratt CCPS this month!

Pratt CCPS is offering new sessions of classes for Green Systems Clean Water, a Green Infrastructure Professional Education Certificate, this April!

After the initial round of preliminary classes last Fall, Pratt Institute's Center for Continuing and Professional Studies is offering one session of Drainage & Hydrology in NYC and Green Infrastructure Site Assessment this month. These classes are the core requirements for a future Professional Certificate in Green Infrastructure, a burdgeoning field in New York due to the City's emphasis on these technologies to manage its stormwater runoff.

Classes will be held on the following dates:

  • Saturday, April 14th - PMPD 706: Drainage and Hydrology in NYC
  • Saturday, April 28th - PMPD 707: Green Infrastructure Site Assessment

PMPD 706 will be held at Pratt's Manhattan Campus (144 West 14th Street), while PMPD 707 will be held on-site at various projects in Brooklyn.

NOTE: Each course can now count for the following continuing education credits:

  • AIA Learning Units (Architecture)
  • AIA HSW Learning Units (Architecture)
  • ASLA LACES Credits (Landscape Architecture)
  • USGBC CMP Credits (LEED/Green Building)
  • NSPE PDH Units (Engineering)
