Pratt Industrial Design students have the option to enroll in an intensive summer course, in Architecture, Graphic Design, Interior Architecture, Furniture design, or Urban Design. They enjoy cutting-edge Scandinavian design, studying with masters in their fields in a curriculum that combines challenging interdisciplinary design studio work with investigation and analysis of contemporary Danish society, politics and environment.
Faculty members that teach courses are from the Royal Academy, Danish Design School, and the University of Copenhagen. All classes are taught in English. The program includes Study Tours to Sweden, Finland, Norway and Western Denmark. The 7-week program offers 7 graduate or undergraduate credits and runs from mid June to early August.
