DESCRIPTION:Pratt Communications Design Faculty Member Rob Kimmel authored an article in the July 2011 issue of HOW Magazine on activities that incorporate play and creativity into parenting young children. Kimmel, who teaches graphic design, brings this playful teaching attitude to his design students at Pratt. <br /><br />Fellow Communications Design Faculty Member Christopher Silas Neal was featured in the same issue for his illustration work. Neal, who teaches illustration at Pratt, has created editorial illustrations, book jackets, and posters for clients including The New York Times, Real Simple, Knopf/Random House, Sub Pop Records, Nickelodeon, and Chronicle Books.
