The New York Times Interviews Alumni Co-Directors of New Feature Film Starring Jim Carrey

The New York Times recently interviewed Pratt film program alumni Glenn Ficarra and John Requa, who served as co-directors of the feature film "I Love You Phillip Morris" starring Jim Carrey and Ewan McGregor. Ficarra and Requa dedicated the film to their screenwriting teacher and mentor at Pratt, Paul Corrigan, who also served as inspiration for the film's characters. "I Love You Phillip Morris" is a comedy-drama film based on the real life events of con artist, impostor, and multiple prison escapee Steven Jay Russell, who is played by Carrey.
