WNBC featured the Pratt + Paper & Ralph Pucci project on its fashion news program "Thread NY" that airs on New York Nonstop, a 24-hour entertainment-oriented news service broadcasting on a digital television subchannel of the station. The designs were created by fashion design, fine arts, industrial design, and interior design students from the School of Art and Design as part of a semester-long study in texture and form to dress Ralph Pucci's Spring 2011 mannequins entirely in paper. The segment was filmed while the work was on display at Pucci's Gallery Nine Showroom in Manhattan. The program host, Laurel Pinson, will speak about the work and will introduce each program segment from Pucci's showroom.
The program first aired Thursday, December 16 will run in New York, Philadelphia, Washington, and Chicago for five consecutive weeks on different days. NY Nonstop can be watched on Cablevision Channel 109, Time Warner Channel 161, Comcast Channel 248, and on Verizon Fios Channel 460.
