Change Observer, a channel of Design Observer that is devoted to the many dimensions of design for social innovation, posted a review of Pratt Manhattan Gallery exhibition "Ethics + Aesthetics = Sustainable Fashion" on December 15. The review examined the sustainable aspects of all exhibition content, including the exhibition catalog and the exhibition design that was executed by Pratt Professor Jon Otis and graduate students in his exhibition design class in the interior design program. The exhibition is the first American exhibition to investigate the sustainable practices of American fashion designers, many of whom are based in New York City, and is on view at the gallery at 144 West 14th Street, second floor, through February 20, 2010.
