Friday, Dec 10, 2010 @ 11:20 am

Pratt alumna and Park Slope artist Martha Walker's metal sculptures will be featured in an upcoming movie titled "The Art of Love," according to The New York Daily News. The sculptures will be featured as the work of an artist played by actress Olympia Dukakis. The film, which is expected to open in theaters in fall 2011, is described as "a teen fantasy romance."

Walker graduated from Pratt in 1976 and returned ten years ago for her graduate degree. Her work has also appeared on "Gossip Girl" and in the windows of Saks Fifth Avenue.
