Green Infrastructure LID Workshop

Monday, Nov 22, 2010 @ 11:17 am

The Environmental Systems Management program is very excited to collaborate with New York City Soil & Water Conservation District to offer a Low Impact Development Workshop focusing on the costs and maintenance of Green Infrastructure.

At home in the dense urban fabric of New York City, Environmental Systems students and faculty regularly explore the hybrid use of space.  Whether it be buildings, open space or the public right of way; the ability of our urban spaces to serve multiple purposes is central to our curriculum.  Green Infrastructure is an ideal application of such exploration.

Please join us on December 6th for an insightful discussion surrounding the costs and workforce development potential of Green Infrastructure.
