GAUD Faculty Participate in the Omi International Arts Center Exhibition

GAUD faculty members, Vito Acconci, Meta Brunzema, Sulan Kolatan, Thomas Leeser, and William MacDonald are participating architects in the Omi International Arts Center's upcoming exhibition Augmented Reality: Peeling Layers of Space out of Thin Air curated by John Cleater.
Architecture Omi and GAUD faculty welcome all to join them on Saturday, July 9, 2011 for an evening of architecture in the landscape. The event will take place at 6:30PM in The Fields Sculpture Park at OMI located at 1405 Country Route 22 Ghent, New York 12075.
Visitors are encouraged to bring their smart phones for an evening of architecture and landscape. By pointing your iPhone or Android at the sky, participants will see virtual pieces of architecture installed in the physical landscape of Omi. Be sure to have the free application, Layar installed on your phone before arriving for preparation to view the Augmented Reality in the Omi Fields.
