Although Pratt Institute does not and will not choose a specific lender for you, we feel it is important to help guide borrowers in their search for educational financing. This list is a starting point for students and parents to compare the available benefits offered by various lenders. There is no obligation for students or parents to use a lender from the suggested list. Pratt Institute will process a student/parent loan from any lender that the student or parent chooses.

Financial Aid Exit Counseling
All students who have received Federal Stafford Loans during their course of study at Pratt Institute are required to complete an Exit Interview when they graduate, withdraw or cease to be enrolled at Pratt. The primary purpose of this session is to help you better understand your student loans debt. You will explore the regulations, repayment options and the consequences of default. Also, you will be reminded of your rights and responsibilities as a Federal Stafford Loan/GradPLUS borrower.
*THIS IS A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT FOR ALL STUDENTS WITH FEDERAL STAFFORD LOANS AND/OR GRADPLUS LOANS.
