The deposit forms are in your admissions packet and are available in pdf form on this page as well. The deposit forms include the non-refundable $300 enrollment deposit and the $300 optional housing deposit. Both deposits are due by the deadline (postmarked). All new students are guaranteed housing with preference for space given to students who deposit May 1. Mail or fax deposit (718-636-3670) or submit online (preferred).
To deposit online, you must have your ID and your birthdate as well as the code for your major. All are included in your letter and email. Make sure you include the major on your acceptance letter. You will receive a confirmation immediately, and your deposits will be expedited so that you receive the next set of materials for enrolled students, your Onekey login and for international students the I-20). Please do not use wire transfer unless you are not able to deposit online. If you use wire transfer, you must add in the additional fee to the deposit. You must also notify the admissions office either by sending in the form saying you submitted deposit by wire transfer or you must email cpaisley@pratt.edu.
Receiving AP Credit.
International Students: allow some time for the rthe Office of International Affairs to issue the I-20 after we receive all the documents. Students should not make an appointment for their visa before the I-20 is issued. When we mail the I-20, a tracking number and the SEVIS number is sent to the student by e-mail. This is the time for the student to make the visa appointment.
