Graduate applicants are required to apply online to expedite processing of their applications. The graduate reference form is available in the download box below for your convenience.

The Admissions Committees in each department bases their decisions on a careful review of all credentials submitted by the applicant. Admissions files are not considered complete and will not be sent to your department until all required materials have been received. You may check your application status online after you submit your application and documents. Please read carefully all the requirements.
We suggest you begin your application online at least three weeks earlier than the deadline if possible, save it, and upload your documents as they are available on the application itself. Applications will be sent to the academic department for review as soon as they are complete, so it is advantageous to submit your applications as early as possible. Because delays in completion are frequently a result of missing recommendation letters, it is wise to leave time for these to be submitted.
Design Management and Arts and Cultural Management programs are encouraged to submit their applications by March 1. Although candidates may be considered for admission to these programs until June 1, their applications will only be reviewed if the program is still accepting applications as of that date.
Letters of Recommendation: we strongly recommend that you complete the recommendation request information for your faculty and other references when you complete the application so they can complete your recommendation online, however, if they insist on mailing the recommendation, they may use the reference pdf below and mail it in. Doing it online will immediately update your application checklist.
