Art and Design Education

The Art & Design Education Lab offers an assortment of computer services. The Lab contains 17 iMac workstations. All workstations have the ability to edit digital video and produce DVD projects as well as graphic design layouts

The ADE Lab is also the home for, The Design Initiative for Community Empowerment. DICE is an initiative by Pratt Institute's Art and Design Education Department for providing Brooklyn high school students with a supportive and professional environment to explore the field of design.

Language Resource Center

The Learning Resource Center labs offer an assortment of computer services. Each lab contains 13 PC workstations. All workstations are equipped with Windows 7 operating system and up to date applications, and audio recording / editing applications and equipment

The LRC is used to provide academic English language instructions to matriculated graduate and undergraduate students. The curriculum includes Art & Design, Architecture, content and is enhanced by direct exposure to related cultural experiences and language-learning technology.
