Biography

Keith Keppler has experience in real estate, architecture, planning and corporate management. He is currently a principal in the Strategic Services group of CresaPartners, a national real estate firm, in their New York office. The group provides services for Real Estate, Facilities and Planning to corporte clients.

Keith and his colleagues clearly understand the occupancy challenges of complex real estate portfolios with diverse typologies. The list of current clients include: EMC, Philips Electronics, Tiffany, Amgen, GlaxoSmithKline. Previous engagements include entities such as Delphi Automotive, Pearson, American Express, Fidelity Investments,Genentech, Rutgers University and Microsoft.
