This 60-credit dual-degree program prepares students for careers in academic librarianship as they graduate with two masters degrees. With studies in the real and virtual worlds of art & information and art & museum librarianship, students find challenging positions in museum, academic and libraries, historical societies, information industry, and new media.

Dual-degree with Digital Arts - Digital Arts & Information - MSLIS & MFA DA

In today's digital world, information expressed and communicated across new media now pervades what once was our text-dominated world. As digital arts converge with digital information, they offer a wide of range new opportunities for bringing expression and creativity to the information world in designing both virtual information environments and interactive media.

MSLIS/JD and MSLIS/LL.M. with Brooklyn Law School

Law Librarianship offers great career opportunities, from universities to corporations and from law firms to the courts. These programs with Brooklyn Law School reduce credits needed for the MSLIS/JD (MSLIS, 27 credits, JD, 89 credits) and for the MSLIS/ LL.M (45 credtis for the dual program)
