Biography

Past president of Special Libraries Association; consultant; author

Professional interests include strategic planning, advocacy, marketing. Writings have encompassed all of these topics, and others. Currently, I am chairing an oral history project for the Special Libraries Association; chairing the Chapter Relations Committee of ALA; acting as communications chair for the Friends of the Ferguson Library, Stamford, CT; and chairing the Governance Committee of Liberation Programs Inc., a nonprofit dealing with drug and alcohol rehab.
