Pratt Institute Summer Housing
There is NO housing at the Pratt Manhattan location. However, for students who may require housing for the duration of the CCPS Summer Credit Intensive program, there is limited first-come first-served housing available on the Brooklyn Campus for additional housing fees via Pratt's Office of Residential Life and Housing (ORLH). Summer housing is assigned to specific floors in Willoughby Residence Hall. Summer housing rates are based on the same weekly cost as the academic year (Fall & Spring semesters). Billing for the summer is weekly, based on the number of weeks needed. When contacting the ORLH, let them know that you are planning to attend the CCPS / Summer Credit Intensive program, and the specific dates that you would require housing.

A $50 deposit is required to reserve summer housing. The housing deposit and any additional housing fees are not part of the CCPS / Summer Credit Intensive program tuition and fees. You must pay the $50 Summer Housing Deposit with the Bursar Office before applying for Summer Housing online.
Once the deposit is received, students are contacted to complete the housing preference process on-line.  Summer assignments are completed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Summer housing brochures are generally available for downloading from the residential life webpage after March 15. To apply for Summer 2013 housing, download a brochure from the ORL webpage at: http://www.pratt.edu/student_life/campus/campus_housing/apply_for_housing
