Credit Programs
Our credit programs foster academic advancement through educational credit programs that support high school, college/university students, and adults in their pursuance of their degrees.

Programs include:
PreCollege
Summer Credit Intensives
Study Abroad
The PreCollege program provides educational guidance while allowing high school students to earn college credits, explore various majors, and prepare for successful admission into the colleges of their choice. Fall & Spring weekend courses are offered at the Pratt Manhattan location for local /regional students. The 4 week summer program is offered at both NYC locations: Manhattan and Brooklyn, with housing available on the Brooklyn campus. Click on summer programs for further information.
The Summer Credit Intensive program offers a unique opportunity for college students/adult learners to experience the professional world of art and design from within the context of a prestigious art school. Benefit from the expertise of Pratt faculty for an introduction to visual art theory and/or practice, as well as the potential to acquire a skill set in various disciplines. Fulfill an art or elective requirement or just explore an area(s) of interest. Open to all non-art majors and all levels of experience.
Study Abroad
Programs travel to Copenhagen, Fashion in Europe, Florentine Art & Culture, Venice, Rome, London, Tuscany, and Tibet.
