Our credit programs foster academic advancement through educational credit programs that support high school, college/university students, and adults in their pursuance of their degrees.
- Summer Credit Intensives
- Study Abroad
The PreCollege program provides educational guidance while allowing high school students to earn college credits, explore various majors, and prepare for successful admission into the colleges of their choice. Fall & Spring weekend courses are offered at the Pratt Manhattan location for local / regional students. The four week summer program is offered on the Brooklyn campus with housing available. Click on summer programs for further information.
The Summer Credit Intensive program offers a unique opportunity for college students/adult learners to experience the professional world of art and design from within the context of a prestigious art school. Benefit from the expertise of Pratt faculty for an introduction to visual art theory and/or practice, as well as the potential to acquire a skill set in various disciplines. Fulfill an art or elective requirement or just explore an area of interest. Open to all non-art majors and all levels of experience.
Yoga and Wellness Program
Pratt Institute’s Center for Continuing and Professional Studies (CCPS) has launched the Yoga and Pilates Wellness Program on its Brooklyn Campus. The courses are offered in the Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters through CCPS, allowing students to apply these one-credit courses toward their studio elective requirements.
