Biography

For over 20 years, Sebastian has been directing brand, marketing and corporate communication across traditional, digital and social media. His mission is to put analysis and design in the service of sustainable business growth.

He is principal at Cradle Studios, his design firm. Previously he was Creative Director of Creative Services at CondéNet, Director of Marketing at Modern Modular, a prefab modern home builder, CD at EuroRSCG Worldwide, CD at Circle.com, principal of his previous design firm, and AD at Kidvertisers.

Clients have included American Express, BMW, Bosch, Bertelsmann, Evian, Hasbro, Havas, IBM, Mastercard, MSNBC, Novartis, Pfizer, Simon & Schuster, Verizon, Viacom, and Volvo.

Sebastian served on the board of AIGA’s New York Chapter, and has been teaching at Pratt for more than 10 years. He holds a Diploma in Graphic Design from the Pforzheim School of Design in Germany, and has recently completed an Executive Program at Harvard Business School.

He lives in Brooklyn with his family.
