Biography

Dr. Karyn Zieve is a specialist in nineteenth- and early twentieth-century art, with a focus on Eugène Delacroix, orientalism, the history of photography and the graphic arts.  In addition to teaching at various NYC institutions and museums, she has written about and organized exhibitions of prints, drawings and photographs on various topics including symbolism and German Expressionism.
