Biography

Mr. Livingston LC IES IALD is the principal of Studio T+L, LLC and is an accomplished lighting designer in architecture and theatre with over 20 years of experience.  His projects range from offices and libraries to historic buildings and unique installations.  His work has been profiled in Lighting Design + Application and Lighting & Sound America.  He has been awarded a Lumen Citation and an International Illumination Design Award, and was a 2010 finalist in the ESTA Rock Our World Awards.

In the classroom his emphasis is on light as a design medium affecting perception.  He has taught lighting design at New York University and Fashion Institute of Technology.  He currently teaches at Parsons School of Design and Pratt Institute.
