EducationB.A., Princeton University Design School BiographyCOOPER HANLIN, the interiors practice of Ms. Hanlin, is known for its emphasis on a collaborative relationship with her clients. Ms. Hanlin earned her B.A. from Princeton University with a major in architecture and minor in music. She was an international Rotary Club scholar in Berlin for a year at the Technical University and returned to receive her Masters degree from the Harvard Design School in 1998. Following graduate school, Jennifer developed her interior design skills in New York at Gabellini Sheppard Associates. While there, she earned the 2002 best of competition award from the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) for her work as project architect for the Jil Sander, London flagship store. In 2003, Ms. Hanlin started her own interiors practice and has since designed residential, office, retail and gallery projects as well as custom furnishings. She is currently collaborating with Cooper Joseph Studios on retail and residential design as their interior design Principal. Ms. Hanlin has taught at Pratt since 2005 in the graduate interior design program. |
