BiographySeven years of problem solving in visual communication in print design and print pre-production are just the beginning of her design career. “Once a designer, always a designer,” Jill says. Anyone who has worked with her knows that she approaches design with an eye for precision and perfection. Jill holds an AAS in Photography and BFA in Graphic Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology. She also holds a MFA in Computer Graphics and Interactive Media from Pratt Institute, with a focus on Digital Video. Since earning her MFA, Jill worked with a multimedia production house to create both packaging and interface designs for CDs and DVDs. After joining the Department of Digital Arts as the Assistant to the Chair in early 2004, Jill began teaching CG 250 Digital Imaging in Fall 2004. Pursuing in different areas of interests can be satisfying. She completed a MS in Education in 2009, which specialized in Mathematics from Walden University. Moreover, she was accepted in the Master Teaching Certificate program in Art & Design Education at Pratt Institute in Fall 2010. |
