Digital Arts MFA Areas of Emphasis

MFA - Digital Arts
The Graduate Digital Arts program at Pratt consists of the following areas of study: Interactive Arts, Digital Animation and Motion Arts, and Digital Imaging. This 60- credit, full-time program is to be completed in two and one-half calendar years. Students complete required coursework in their primary area of emphasis and one year of work on a thesis which culminates in an exhibition or screening of the completed work and a thesis paper. Additional degree requirements include completing six credits of extra-departmental studio electives, one course in art history and one course in liberal studies.
