Tina Lund is a Senior Associate at Urbanomics in New York City, Focusing on comprehensive development strategies and fiscal impact studies and responsible for most of the firm’s data collection and market analyses for residential and commercial developments, duties include project management; qualitative research through public participation and literature reviews; quantitative research using computerized databases; and spatial analysis and mapping in several GIS formats.
