Biography

Lawrence founded StudioZeroth in 2006. He has worked in the offices of PKSB, Polshek Partnership and Hanrahan Meyers. Lawrence has taught at Columbia University and most recently taught a design studio and urban studies class in Rome. Lawrence is a registered architect in the State of New York.

Lawrence Zeroth founded Studio Zeroth in 2006 after working for prestigious NYC architectural offices Pasanella + Klein and Hanrahan Meyers. While at PKSB, Lawrence worked on a wide variety of building types including Academic, civic, housing, religious and residential. Lawrence began working at PKSB in 1994 on the UVA-Clinch Valley academic building, was named an Associate in 2000, and was the project architect for the award winning Williamsburg Community Center among many others. Lawrence has also consulted on numerous projects for hMa Architects, including the Holley House and the Queens Museum of Art competition, whose scheme was selected as a finalist. He is a visiting Assistant Professor at the Pratt Institute School of Architecture and has previously taught design studios at Columbia University. Lawrence earned his BachelorÂ’s Degree in Architectural Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1989, and a Masters Degree in Architecture from Columbia University in 1993.

Lawrence is a registered architect in the State of New York.
