Biography

Karel is the co-director of Ruy Klein. Investigating craft, precision, and the evolution of design expertise in the digital age, Klein continues to foreground the persistence of the designer in contemporary culture. Publications include GA Houses, New York Times Magazine, and Architectural Record. She is a registered architect in New York State.
