He served as the Undergraduate Assistant Chair, the Rome Program Coordinator and founding faculty editor of in>process publication 1992-96. He served as UG ARCH Chair for seven years, leading the department to a ninth national ranking. In 2003, Professor Caradonna founded the interdisciplinary design studio focused on prototyping full scale architectural products. Projects have been published in Interior Design, Surface, Architectural Record, Wallpaper, Oculus and I.D. magazines. Projects for the Cadillac Centre in Detroit, Bar Solex in Manhattan, and Villa Azzolini in Puglia, Italy have recently been published. He holds two utility patents, one in collaboration with Anita Cooney and Evan Douglis which also won an ID Magazine Award in 2000. |
