Biography

Tanu Kumar is Director of Business Services at the New York Industrial Retention Network (NYIRN), responsible for development and delivery of programs related to sustainable industrial development and business assistance. As part of NYIRN’s Green Manufacturing Initiative, she manages the Spec It Green seminar series, aimed at growing the green building market and creating opportunities for local manufacturers. Prior to joining NYIRN, Ms. Kumar woked with the Center for an Urban Future and the Pratt Center for Community Development.
