Biography

Mr. Bobker has over twenty five years in energy engineering in the New York City region, in the evaluation, application, design, installation and operation of varied technologies such as cogeneration, solar, lighting and central plant upgrading with hands-on experience in the testing, maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment. Current work includes information technology applications for energy information systems, building optimization, technology transfer and community development.
