Prior to his appointment as Chair, he was a principal of Phillips Price Shapiro Associates, Inc. He has instructed at Princeton University and the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Shapiro has previously worked for BFJ Planning and the New York Landmarks Conservancy. |
