Biography

Catherine Herman is Director of Housing and Project Development at the Goddard Riverside Community Center, where she works on securing capital funds to rehabilitate some of the first non-profit Single Room Occupancy hotels in New York City. Prior to that, Ms. Herman was acting chair of Pratt Institute’s Graduate Center for Planning and the Environment, Revson Fellow at Columbia University and Director of Planning and Development for Southside United Housing and Development Fund Corporation (Los Sures).
