He is currently the head of the Plumbing and Fire Protection Department in the position of Associate, working on retail, residential and institutional projects. He is a registered Professional Engineer in NY State. He has also received a Certificate in Plumbing Systems Design from the NYU SCPS. Joseph has written technical articles for Real Estate Weekly and other trade publications. He is an active member in ASME, ASPE and the Order of the Engineer. He is also a LEED accredited design professional and a member of the USGBC. Joseph has been teaching at Pratt since 2004. |
