Biography

Ramon Cruz is the Senior Policy Analyst for the Environmental Defense Fund in New York City where he conducts policy analysis for the Living Cities and Oceans Programs in the restructuring of NYC’s Solid Waste Management Plan and Recycling Program, diesel related work with solid waste collection trucks, cost effective transportation policies for traffic reduction in New York City and the impact of tourism on coastal communities and marine protected areas in the Caribbean.
