  • Oversight of all employee benefit programs, and legal compliance
  • Conduct Benefits Orientations, respond to benefits questions
  • Liaison to benefit providers, resolve claims & eligibility issues
  • Coordinate annual medical renewal, open enrollment

  • Maintenance of Applicant Tracking system

  • Administration of enrollments & billing for all benefit programs
  • Administration of Tuition Remission and Tuition Exchange
  • Assist in Open Enrollment
