Emergency and service work requests are received at the Customer Service Desk from 7:30 am to 5 p-m, by telephone at 636-3579, or e-mail at email@example.com. Service request may be put in on the Pratt web site: "Link to Pratt Institute Work Order System". This might include cleaning, repair work, etc. Directions are available as a PDF on the site.
