Office of the Provost
The Office of the Provost shapes and supports all aspects of academic life at Pratt, with the aim of creating an inclusive and engaging environment that allows students, staff and faculty to do their best work.
Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
The Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion partners with campus stakeholders to create a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment for all students, faculty, and staff.
Office of International Affairs
The mission of the Office of International Affairs (OIA) at Pratt is to welcome, advocate for and serve our international community by providing high quality and expert service. As international educators, the OIA enables the Pratt community to appreciate the wisdom, breadth, and cultural diversity of our international students and exchange visitors.
Office of the Registrar
The Office of the Registrar supports the academic mission and the educational programs of Pratt Institute. The Registrar enforces policies and procedures set forth by the Institute that relate to academic records, registration, graduation, course scheduling, course enrollment, and grade reporting.
The Counseling Center
The Counseling Center provides currently enrolled Pratt students confidential and free short-term individual and group psychotherapy, assessment, consultation, and referrals to outside providers.
Student Involvement
The Office of Student Involvement coordinates and helps students plan social, cultural, educational, and recreational programs and facilitates Orientation for incoming student
Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs
The Student Affairs division is led by the Vice President for Student Affairs, the Assistant Vice Presidents and departmental directors across the division. Together with the Student Affairs department staff they are dedicated to student advocacy, support and well-being.
Student Financial Services
The Office of Student Financial Services strives to provide students with financial resources and related services, to help them reach their educational goals.
Human Resources
Human Resources provides various services to optimize the employment relationship at Pratt, including systematic processes that ensure legal compliance, consistency, and fairness in the recruitment, hiring, training, and development of highly qualified staff, proactive management of benefits, and fair and responsive employee and labor relations.
Office of the Controller
The mission of the Office of the Controller is to account for, report on, and safeguard the financial resources of Pratt Institute in a manner that supports the Institute’s mission and community. The Controller’s Office consists of the following areas: General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Administrative Support Services (Purchasing, Copy Center and Mail Center) and Payroll.
Office of Facilities Management
The Department of Facilities Management, Planning, and Design is responsible for major and minor project management, space reporting and management, campus planning, master planning and development, and campus enhancements, including management of the institute’s buildings, assets, and utilities.
Legal Counsel
Legal Counsel provides in-house legal services, representation, and advice to Pratt Institute, including all its schools, departments, and administrative offices, on an array of legal matters, and serves as liaison with and manages the engagement of outside legal counsel as necessary. Legal Counsel is the primary representative on all matters having any legal significance for the Institute.
Office of Title IX and Nondiscrimination
Pratt is committed to fostering a welcoming, safe, nondiscriminatory, and harassment-free educational, living, and working environment for its community. The Office of Title IX and Nondiscrimination is committed to facilitating an equitable response and resolution to all reported incidents of discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual violence, relationship violence, stalking, and related misconduct.

The mission of Residential Life and Housing is to efficiently and effectively administer a housing program in a learning centered environment that challenges and supports students to:

Communications and Marketing
We are a cohesive team of creative and strategic thinkers who build Pratt’s brand and reputation through compelling stories, imagery, and branded materials. As Pratt’s in-house communications and marketing team, we collaborate with our campus colleagues, serving as strategic partners and guides to ensure that they achieve their institutional goals.
Information Technology
The Pratt IT Devision is comprised of the following ten departments: Core Data Systems, Core Operations, Cyber Security, Interactive Services, Interdisciplinary Technology Lab, Instructional Technology, IT Budgets and Administration, Network and Core Infrastructure, Pratt Manhattan Technology Operations, Technology Support Services.
